If you make or send an enquiry (a non-binding enquiry as here or a direct enquiry to accommodation providers) or a booking via our website, the data you provide will be forwarded to the hosts deemed relevant on the basis of your details, and stored and processed in the booking system of Feratel (feratel.at) and in our customer relationship management system at Wilken AG (wilken.ch). When you make a booking via our system, we will use your contact details to send you travel-related products and services (a pre-travel information email and an email invitation to rate the booked accommodation and a post-trip survey). The travel services themselves are provided by the specific contractual partner, not by us. We also use the data you provide to improve our offers and the offers provided by the hosts in the region and to provide you with relevant information. Additionally, you can receive more relevant information by subscribing to the newsletter. The respective hosts are themselves responsible for processing your data and will inform you accordingly.
We will store your processed data for the purposes mentioned above for as long as we are permitted or obliged to do so, after which it will be deleted.
