Into the mountains by electric bike

Pleasure bikers can also travel up high on two wheels in Vorarlberg. Anyone who needs a little help pedalling can rent a state-of-the-art electric bike at one of five rental stations.

Interesting to know: the Montafon has been part of the Vorarlberg electric bike network for many years and also has twelve replacement stations and 14 charging stations in addition to bicycle rental locations. This means you’ll never run out of juice!

Respect your limits as well as the animals

Please note the restricted times for the Natura 2000 European nature reserve

The mountain bike route from Heilbronner Hütte via the Silbertal Winterjöchle to Silbertal leads through the Natura 2000 area in Verwall and is only open for bikers from 15 June to 15 September from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm. This is enforced and the authorities look out for trespassers.
